The owners did not like the design of their old kitchen.
It just did not work for their lifestyle.
Poor use of space, no exhaust to the outside, dated cabinets.
They wanted: An exhaust hood as a design element;
A LP gas range; The Refrigerator in a central location;
An island with the microwave in it; A farm sink and tile backsplashes.
So we: Demolished the kitchen and pantry; Patched and finished the floor; Installed the rough plumbing and electrical; Installed the exhaust duct to the outside.
Then I put it back together…
Per the design.
The tile backsplash is installed. The pantry shelves are in. Everything is trimmed out. Ready to move in and use
The under-counter microwave is much more aesthetically appealing and is very functional.
The pantry almost doubled in size.
